Webinar on DrillBit Plagiarism Detection Software for University of Colombo Academics

The Library of the University of Colombo organised a special webinar titled “An Insight into DrillBit Plagiarism Detection Software” for the academic community of the University. The session was held on 30th July 2025, from 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m., via Zoom.

The webinar was conducted by Mr. Jayanna Belavadi, Founder and CEO of DrillBit, who shared his expertise on the features, functions, and benefits of the DrillBit plagiarism detection tool. This initiative aims to enhance awareness among university academics on maintaining academic integrity and using advanced tools to safeguard originality in research and publications.
