
Indreswari Nurmalia S., S.S., M.P. is a mid-level librarian expert at the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia, with extensive experience in the field of librarianship. She graduated from the Faculty of Literature, University of Indonesia, specializing in Library Science in 1999, and later obtained her Master’s degree in Information Technology and Library Science from IPB University in 2016. In addition to her formal education, Ms. Nurmalia has enhanced her professional expertise through participation in various non-formal education programs, including the ITEC Programme under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, as well as numerous training programs and workshops on librarianship. Her professional journey includes roles as a librarian and research assistant at international NGOs, as well as librarian positions in various educational institutions, where she gained valuable experience in academic and research-based environments. She has demonstrated strong expertise in developing library material processing guidelines, teaching, and serving as a resource person at technical guidance sessions and library workshops. Currently, she is also active as an assessor at the Librarian Certification Institution (LSP Pustakawan), where she is responsible for conducting competency certification assessments for librarians across Indonesia.
