University of Colombo Senate Awards for Research Excellence

The University of Colombo held its Annual Research Symposium 2023 on November 2^nd, 2023, with the theme “Research Excellence and Beyond” in the Professor V. K. Samaranayake Auditorium, University of Colombo School of Computing (UCSC). During the event, the Senate Awards for Research Excellence, which recognize outstanding research contributions of academics in the university, were awarded, and two general category awards were presented to Dr. D.C. Kuruppu, Deputy Librarian, and Mrs. Sajeewanie D. Somaratna, Senior Assistant Librarian of the University of Colombo, for the year 2022.
