You may access the library catalogue and most of the Library's web pages from a computer connected to the Internet.
Some licensed electronic resources, such as e-journal article databases, and e-books are commercial products with access restrictions. The students and the faculty members can connect to these resources from off campus using the SSO logins (Single-Sign–On). Please request the SSO logins from the IT Coordinator of your respective faculty.
Past papers are available on the Library LMS. To obtain the password please contact chinthaka@lib.cmb.ac.lk

You can find books by using the Library online catalogue (OPAC). You can search books by the Title, Author, Subject, ISBN, Series name, Call number and Keywords.
There is no provision to obtain the entire book, but you can request a few pages from the text.
Click https://opac.lib.cmb.ac.lk/ and in the login interface click “Login with Google” and use your university email and the password to login to your account. Select the books you want to renew, click the icons “Renew All” or “Renew selected items”. You are permitted to renew only the Lending Books.
Click https://opac.lib.cmb.ac.lk/ and in the login interface click “Login with Google” and use your university email and the password to login to your account. Search and click on the book you wish to reserve. Click the option “Place hold” and click on “Confirm hold”.
Click https://opac.lib.cmb.ac.lk/ and in the login interface click “Login with Google” and use your university email and the password to login to your account. Click the “Purchase suggestion” link and then “+New Purchase suggestions”. Entire a new purchase suggestion by filling the form and submit.
